Recharge Channel Processing Charges

These are admin charges for processing the transaction

Jager Recharge Channels

We do not currently charge processing fees as other third party vendors, but we may charge a service fee as agreed upon by your body corporate/landlord. Please contact our offices to confirm your service charge. Please check this page for any updates to this policy.

  • I made an EFT Payment but never got confirmation
    Your contact details may not be up to date so we cannot contact you. Please supply us with your meter nr, cell nr and email.
    You can check if the transaction was successful by checking your balance here

  • My UniPin does not work
    Please verify that you typed the USSD instruction correctly with your meter number and pin. Refer to UniPin website for more info
    Contact UniPin and supply them with your: meter number, cell number and time of the request

  • I redeemed electricity for the incorrect meter
    Contact our team and request a reversal
